
Use the same license and product numbers you used to originally install QuickBooks Desktop. Install QuickBooks Desktop on additional computers based on the number of licenses you purchased.If you choose to use the online option, a new page will open allowing you to choose the number of licenses you'd like to buy. If you choose to use the phone option, you'll be given the phone number to contact Intuit. The page that opens gives you the option to buy additional licenses online or by phone.

NOTE: If Buy Additional User License isn't available, your QuickBooks may already be at the maximum users allowed.

So do we uninstall the current installed QB Desktop Pro 2015 on the laptop, and then put in the disc and install the new licensed QB onto the laptop? Is that how we get the 2nd license to sync with the first license? This is where I am stuck, because the option to add another license will NOT work online, and when we call all they want to do is sell us QB 2020 which we are not interested in.Ĭan someone please explain EXACTLY the steps to get the new license onto the 2nd computer we are using so the boss and I both can be on the computers at the same time, by using the new disc we purchased? Now we have purchased this 2nd disc so that we can have 2 users open at the same time. So that the owner uses his computer when he needs to, and then closes it, and can go home and use the laptop if he needs to. We have Quickbooks Desktop set up as a 1 user but on 2 computers.
